Sheridan Yellow Jacket Tournament

Dear Coach,

You and your team are cordially invited to attend the 3rd Annual Sheridan Debate and Forensics Tournament. This tournament promises to be a fun experience for all students as well as an educational experience with events ranging from IPDA to Oratory.

We will be offering Sweepstakes and speaker trophies for all events offered. Registration will close on September 20, 2019 at 5 p.m. Registration will open August 30th at 5 p.m. There will be no refund for those who drop after the deadline. Any drop after this time will result in a $10 penalty. Each uncovered judge will be a $20 uncovered fee. A qualified judge is required for every two debate entries as well as every 10 IE’s entered. When registering, we ask to differentiate novice and champ entries. Collapsing will occur if the number of entries allows. We will be offering IPDA, Public Forum, Lincoln-Douglas, Big Question, Congress, Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking, International Extemporaneous Speaking, Oral Interpretation, HI, DI, Duo Improv, Duo Interp, Poetry, Words with Music, Informative Speaking, Prose, and Original Oratory. This one-day tournament will be packed, however we meticulously planned this to fit everyone’s schedule. We ask to keep double entries to a minimum, however we do accept them. Please register through http://www.tabroom.com.  Concessions will be provided throughout the tournament. There will also be a hospitality room for all judges, coaches, and bus drivers. We appreciate you considering attending our tournament and will keep costs as minimal as possible. Food and drinks are required to stay within the cafeteria and hospitality room.
